Ned Jackson Smyth is a sculptor and artist with a workshop in the Townland of Ballygarvan. He works across many mediums, but his passion for traditional crafts and practices have led to him surrounding himself with equipment and tools that hark back to a simpler time in Ulster’s past.

In this episode we will follow the stages as Ned uses a lost wax and ceramic shell technique to create a bronze vessel for an upcoming art installation.
